Since December 1st, I've been working out everyday. Something just clicked in my mind, and now, that's just part of my day. It takes me about 15 minutes and I have to say, though it's short and not the hardest, I am starting to see results, not only physically, but also mentally: giving myself this goal of working out every day then accomplishing it feels really nice. Here is my routine:
-10 push-ups
-20,20 fire hydrants (look it up)
-30 sit-ups
-15 squats
-1 minute straight arms up to shoulder height
-40 calf rises
-1 minute chair
-30 russian twists
-30, 30 back kicks
-30 seconds of touching toes, stretching (whichever poses you like)
-20 jumpsquats
-1 minute plank
-A full song of cardio (running, jumping)
Hope this is helpful
Thank you, have a bright day!
