As many of you may know, I have recently added a few things to my night routine. I decided I would share them! Now there are some that are not in my routine but that’s ok.
-Nightly workout/stretch
-Journaling
-Time to yourself, to do, whatever you feel
-Yoga, meditation, reflecting
-’’Tea time’’
-Face mask
-Planning the next day
-Preparing meals for the next day
-Cleaning room/living space
