We all want to start the year off right. When we do, it feels really good. I have listed a few ideas to help you make sure you’re doing as much as you can to not only have a good start to the year but a really good year.
-Get a calendar and/or a planner, and plan out important dates
-Clean your room/living space
-Set your goals/resolutions, display them if you want
-Everyday, take a minute to remind yourself a goal to work on
-Take a day, to ‘’prepare’’ you (new) lifestyle:
-Pick out some new recipes
-Pick out some new recipes
-Review your routines
-Create a new playlist
-Start something new, do your best to continue
-Try out your ‘’new attitude’’ (zen, positive, patient)
-Re-vamp some spaces, give it a fresh look (move stuff around, change decor)
-Find new quotes to live by
